16th July: British Classic Week

I thought that last week (6th to 12th July) was Cowes Classic Week but I did not see any of the racing.  Looking at their entry list it appears to have mainly featured locally raced classes like the Bembridge OD, Darings, Sea View Mermaid, Solent Sunbeam, and XOD.  These would not tend to race in the western Solent.

However when on watch at NCI Stone Point on the 16th July there were some classic yachts racing past us, it turned out to be British Classic Week!  Here are some photos from that day!
