1st July: Southampton Water on a Hot Day
A single tide sail on Southampton Water (13nm) on the hottest July day on record!
July 2015: started with the hottest July Day “since records began”. The previous night saw a thunderhead over Southampton and lightning over the Isle of Wight. But there was autumnal weather by the month’s end …and Seatern ended the month damaged!
