3rd October: Round the Fairway Buoy
Starting early with Dai having cooling problems, then out to the Needles Fairway Buoy, back up the North Channel and, by the time I was back at Calshot, some curious winds.
The start of October remained mild in the south of England but clear nights brought cold mornings and sometimes fog. And of course the longer nights now limited the length of daylight sailing trips.
