At the start of May the coronavirus still had us in lock-down. The number of new cases and sadly the number of new deaths was not decreasing to the degree I would like to see before they think of amending some to the control measures. However by mid June through July the lockdown was being eased even though the infection rate has never been properly reduced to a low level.
