July started with the Calshot RNLI Day and the second week was the Swallow Yachts Raid at Mylor. June ended hot with easterly winds and the very hot weather lasted the whole of July with temperatures over 30C. Whether it was the heat, but after the Raid I felt lethargic and didn’t sail. However towards the end of the month I had a clear-out of the shed and the house which made me feel better!
