10th August: Cruise ships departing

Saturday 10th August was stormy; racing at Cowes was cancelled including the first day of the SailGP races. Unusually, I was on the evening watch in Calshot Tower and, with no other boats on the water, watched a procession of cruise ships leaving Southampton.
